teenage mutant ninja turdles

Davey did the lotus coverup on Amy from Waterbury. The name 'tick' was done on her shoulder by an apprentice who jacked her up. It's long gone now though.

Davey did this badge tattoo on Jeff from the New Britain area. His dad was a cop from New York.

We started a huge teenage mutant ninja turtles tattoo on peter this weekend. Definitely looking forward to working on this again.

Reworking the web site

I spent yesterday tattooing a good friend of mine from college who has spent the past few years doing web design. i asked him to take a look at our web site and give me some pointers concerning layout and content, and he was gracious enough to oblige. We went section by section and discussed ways to make the web site more appealing as well as more accessible from search engines. so over the next few days im going to be fucking around with our site in an effort to garner a little more attention for it, and hopefully a little more business for us as well. so keep your eyes open.

sorry for the delay...

sorry it took me so long to update this...we've been very busy at the shop with renovations and walk-ins. things are steady, but could always be better.

spend last weekend in baltimore at the tattoo convention. FUCKTONS of snow. we were actually snowed in, which meant NO CLIENTS. we broke even, but just barely. i sold a few small paintings, but none of the ones i wanted to...saturday i tattooed all day, from about noon until 2:30 in the morning. i came up with these neat little baltimore convention eagles that i was tatting for really cheap, and people seemed to like them a lot. so i did four of those, plus a couple of others. i won second place in the flash competition...out of 2. LAME.

got tatted by stanley moskewitz, who if you dont know is a really old-school dude who used to work in the bowery about a hundred years ago. he did a sick little devil on my forearm.

ill post some photos later.
